i can't quite see where the problem lays with this one
i had a listing for a cutlery set ...
just normal cutlery ... no bayonets or machetes .... just contained normal kitchen knives
i had already put delivery with age verification ...
it was taken down and said i was allowed to resolve it ... but it states i can not resolve an inactive listing .... but i can not re list it before i have resolved it as it contains issues ....
where is the magic wand ?

It says ''your listing is hidden until resolved''
I have the option of ending the listing to start again, except when I click on 'end listing' it says cannot be be completed please try again later. Trying again later never works.
EBAY....... COULD SOMEONE PLEASE COME ON HERE AND EXPLAIN THIS TOTAL BLADED ITEMS MESS ? Customers are leaving

I had the same happen twice yesterday to some dessert knives..
Correctly listed with age verification delivery option. . . . Rejected.
And yes, impossible to do anything about it apart from start from fresh.
The AI used is not fit for purpose. Someone is responsible for this.

·1 month agoNope. The whole enforcement of policies is a mess, especially regarding the knives policy.
This is seemingly only getting worse as eBay (and similar sites) are relying heavily on flawed AI models.
