Not getting QR code emails...anyone else?

Over the last few days, I haven't received emails with the QR code for items I've sold. When I go through the request qr/label process, I get the green banner stating 'we've sent a qr code to your email address' but they aren't arriving. Is anyone else experiencing the same thing? Is it yet another ebay glitch?

·1 week agoSame here for about the past month. No emails with QR codes appear in my email inbox. I have to go back to the eBay website and copy and paste the QR code into an email to myself so I can quickly access it at the Post Office.

I can still get them by going into the app, but it's an unnecessary hassle, where before I just walk into the post office and scan each QR one email at time. Hopefully it's a bug that will be resolved soon and it's not a permanent change.

·1 month ago · Editedme too, started on thursday spoke 3 times to customer service and they manually sent a qr code for the sale in question, a very long winded and frustrating way round things

·1 month agoI too, am not receiving emails with the QR code after successful sales.
I notified ebay and requested a call back, which to their credit came within 2 minutes.
A very understanding and helpful representative sent me a replacement email with the code and I was able to print out the address label.

·1 month agoThey don't send it to mine either. Luckily I can access the QR code on my seller hub by going to orders - get label - QR code.
