Not getting offer notifications

Getting annoyed that I never get notifications about offers I am receiving on my items.
all my settings are correct/on both on phone and in app and still not getting anything through.
I could have sold an item 3 times this week had I known there was an offer on it.
Anyone got a clue what I can do?

·1 month agojoin the club, i, as i dare say many, no longer get you have sold an item. only indication is an email to yahoo. ebay say there are no problems, yeah right.

·1 month agoi hardly ever get any notifications for sold items on ebay i have to go to overview to check to see if the buyer has paid

·1 month agoAs a seller I have realised that there have been some offers on my listings - but I have not made aware by email or push notifications about them and have missed them. The last offer I got from a potential buyer was 13th June. This makes me look bad as it appears that I'm not responding to offers, which I almost always do if aware of them. The notifications are set on and they haven't been changed for years.
@eBay please look into this as it's having a detrimental effect on the buyers and sellers alike.

·1 month agoI am looking at this from a buyers point. I have made offers today and in the past only to have them AUTO DECLINED I have contacted the seller to ask what they would accept and been told that they are NOT AWARE THAT ANY OFFERS HAD BEEN MADE. They then GAVE MEa price and altered their price on the item so that I could buy it. E bay denies that they do auto declineing and blame the seller. I think that ALL OFFERS THAT ARE MADE SHOULD BE PUT TO THE SELLER AND NO OFFERS SHOULD BE AUTO DECLINED. IT IS SURELY AGAINST EBAY POLICY TO AUTO DECLINE ANY OFFER?

·8 months agoIt's just got worse for me. I sold an item last week but didn't get an email notification. A buyer responded to my offer, but my Offers page still showed it as having no responses. I've just had to send a grovelling email and hope the delay doesn't affect my feedback. Hopeless!

·9 months agoYep. I rarely receive notifications for sold items, best offers, never if ive won an auction. But they are very quick to let me know I lost out on an item I looked at briefly 5 days ago and didnt even add to my watch list.

·8 months agoIndeed. Happened to me again today. Missed an offer and only found out after I had reduced price and the same person bought for less! 😭
And like smarts-gaming, I do get reminded of anything I look at even when not watched (cynic also).
Checked all settings and reinstalled but made no difference

·1 year agoI don't get buyer or seller offer notifications either, and it's very frustrating. I've checked my Account settings. Other ebay messages are fine. My email provider is gmail

·1 year agoAs a buyer only I never understand why there is no email notification if a seller sends me a best offer. You have to spot it in eBay messages or look in Bids/Offers in My eBay. It's weird I don't have any problem receiving other eBay messages by email.

Do you know when was the last time you received one? Also, if you confirm what email services you're using, I can take a further look, as in gmail or Outlook or other?
