Live listings mysteriously vanished
Here's a good start to a Monday morning!
On Saturday, eBay was ticking along nicely with around 500 items listed on our page.
Came in this morning and we now have only 59 live listings!
Spoke to Customer Services and they have no idea where the other 400 have gone!
They have opened an IT case but I am not optimistic on the outcome.
Has this happened to anyone else?

·3 weeks agoIts gone up to 126 listings. Probably a glitch and they will all come back by the end of the day.
Maybe Ebay will send you a credit note......... maybe not!

OP3 weeks agoIts been down for over a week - the increase is due to me adding new items.

OP3 weeks agoUpdate: still no resolution, but I have been informed its a 'major global issue affecting many sellers'. Is there anyone out there in the same boat, and have you found any workrounds?
