Go back again but call early morning and you should get Ireland - but you get better luck on the phone - its an absolute pain and as you know hit and miss - My last again said they could remove upto 5. Ive also been declined on the chat and said ok explain why you removed ... and pasted order numbers (said sarcastically shall I go on as I have more examples) and they said hold on, went away and agreed they could remove them. Clearly some agents are more clued up than others
