Late Delivery

Posted on Thursday 23rd July in a Post Office using postage purchased on eBay but eBay don't know that so
they assume item posted on the 1st Jan year 1. Latest estimated delivery date is shown as 26th July which was
a sunday so could not be the latest estimated delivery date.
I thought I would try the appeal process online - it has never worked for me but perhaps things have changed.
The response was "we cannot remove" so had to ask eBay to call me to have the last delivery removed.

·2 weeks agoIn my experience these normally get removed automatically after a week or so, just be patient, the AI is crap

·2 weeks agoI had late dispatch a few weeks back, I dispatched on time but because the item was collected by royal mail and scanned on my doorstep and I got an email 30 seconds later confirming they had it according to ebay that doesn’t count as dispatched, they say its not dispatched until it gets to a mail centre so they collected it on a Saturday it didn’t get to the mail centre until Monday so it was late.
