·1 month agoI’m confused are you the seller or the buyer.
You state you have buyer protection (though this is irrelevant to items damaged in transit anyway) but then also say the buyer wants a refund.
Assuming you are the seller and the buyer wants a refund and you sent it with simple delivery, the buyer needs to open an item arrived damaged case. EBay will refund them.
If you are the buyer, open an item arrived damaged case provided it is within 30 days of delivery.
