Hi all, my name is Luke and I run The Juque Collection — a UK-based store focused on pop culture, collectables, retro games and consoles, and giving items a second life by rescuing broken tech, fixing it up and keeping it out of landfill.

·1 week agoAlso, looking at your listings, I would focus on the first words of your title. Think about what you would search for if you were looking for the item, not trying to describe it all in 80 characters. Your photos could be improved by just putting a piece of white paper behind the items and zooming in a bit. Floors and skirting boards are not the best look.

I just looked at a couple of your items...
(JQ845) 100 Hits: 70s, Disc 5 only - 2007 CD
your photo shows 2 discs - neither of which are from the 70s
Now that’s what I call music 100 hits Christmas 5 CDs shakin Steven’s slade wham
There's no Wham on this album - they appear on a later issue but not the one in your photos.
Might be worth your while to check listings so as to avoid unnecessary hassle and returns.

·1 week agoHi @juquecollection please brush up on the fees for a business account before just switching over. It may not be worth your while selling at at all. You could keep this account for your own second hand items. You cannot switch back once changed.

·1 week ago · EditedGood luck with your business. I see you have a private ebay account. You may not be aware that private accounts are for selling unwanted personal possessions. As you are trading you need an ebay business account. Having a shop subscription is not the same as a business account. You can just convert this account to a business one.
