There appears to be a problem with applying Custom Postage for both UK and International services. I have had this problem since yesterday. I rang to speak to someone in eBay customer services earlier today and the agent said she would submit a report to the tech team for the glitch to be investigated. Suggest anyone else having the problem to let Customer Services know. Hopefully the more of us who raise it as an issue, the sooner it might get fixed. It's impossible to get on with listing any items until the problem is resolved.
When I go to add services I used to get a table where I could select the countries and fee now I can an error message (see screenshots). Looks like the only way is to set up a rates table?
I am getting the same on screen message,not just with international but with UK postage also when I click on primary service. Can't go any further just that on screen message!
This is a long standing issue discussed on this thread which has unhelpfully been removed with the update to the forums, perhaps forum staff are able to see it
I have seen this regularly on firefox on pc and on chrome on android. It seems like the international postage section is loaded after the main page load and sometimes fails to load.
I think you had reported this @kat@ebay are you able to chase it up please? Or otherwise @dave@ebay or anyone else on ebay staff
P.S. Regarding the new forums:
#1 Is there a way to see forum content in a sequential / flat view, at the moment it is crazily difficult to see the latest comment on any thread (sort by newest oddly does not do this)
#2 Is there a way to retrieve old forum threads? This thread with a lot of detail about the long standing clock change bug also seems to have been removed
HI INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE HAS GONE FROM MY LISTING IT ONLY USING GLOBE POSTAGE WHICH COST MORE ANY IDEARS HOW I GET INTRNATION POSTAGE BACK AGAIN, IAM GOING TO LOOSE MY OVERSEAS BUYERS
When you get to postal services, you need to click add service and then you can select services say for just Europe or just the USA etc etc.
Once you click add service you need to select the countries or regions you will post too. Looking at some of your listings they are postcard sized (ish) pictures which as long as under 5mm thick once in an envelope will be £3.60 standard mail overseas or £8.60 tracked and signed.
