I sell to many countries I use tracking and for UK, France, Germany and many more the tracking updates and funds are released after delivery, that fine
I recently sold to Hungary and the first indication of an issue was when I entered the tracking number after it was mailed and I got the message their postal service was not fully integrated
I check the tracking every few days, the item was delivered but fund never released
I have to go through AI Chat, get to an agent, be passed to a specialist, total time nearly 30 mins for funds to be released.
Ideally I need a list of countries whose mail services are fully integrated with Ebay.co.uk so I can change where i ship to

·2 weeks agoDifficulties will continue if using the eBay UK site for sales ... use your registered US site or a EU site of choice to further pursue this issue.

OP2 weeks agoThanks but the issue is many countries mail services are not fully integrated with any Ebay system, Hungary is a good example, the USA is a mess because of tariffs and admin charges, even on Ebay.com Hungary postal service is not integrated

·2 weeks agoThere are a number of EU countries that do not provide a PDDP service ie Duties Prepaid. I believe they are currently Greece, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Latvia, Slovenia, Romania, Poland & Hungary. Commercial post can only be sent on the basis of the recipient paying duties plus admin fee on receipt. This may be why the mail services are not as you put it "fully integrated". I should say I don't use Ebay postage having a Royal Mail Business account but cannot imagine that they would have different services for Royal Mail & Ebay postage.
Outside of Europe I have had problems with Thailand, Malaysia, India, Sri Lanka & Pakistan due to Customs issues.
