I want to be able to talk to a human
I can't put variations in my products, I've already tried to do it as indicated but I can't. I think some configuration is wrong. Could someone help me, please? Thanks

·Aug 18, 2026 at 12:05 PMAs advised you need to register correctly, then all options for your account should be available for you.
It's easy to do, see here:
Go to Account settings in My eBay.
Select Personal information.
Select Edit next to Account type. You may be asked to sign in again.
Select Confirm to upgrade to a Business account.
Specify whether you operate your business as a legal entity or as a sole proprietor and select Continue.
On the following page, enter your business information such as name, contact information, and returns policy. Then select Save.
Probably best to use a PC / laptop for this, and not the app or mobile browser. Chrome seems to work best on eBay.

·Aug 18, 2026 at 11:57 AMNot all categories and sub categories are supported by a variation listing, can you see other listings up and running same as your items that are in this format?
Just a heads up, if you're making items to sell then you need to change to a business account.
It may be that you're hitting selling limits too if trying to list in this format.

·Aug 18, 2026 at 4:40 PMFirst off selection the same category and sub category(s) that the seller is using, then make sure that Buy It Now is selected as a listing format, you should then see the option to select variations top right of the listing form.
If you want to give me a listing title and let me know what the main category and sub categories will be I can post a step by step guide.
