I can't update items to dispatched or add tracking numbers ?
I don't sell much but I have had trouble with items lately where when clicking 'mark as dispatched' I either get an error page of code or the page refreshes with no change. When i try to add a tracking number i just get an error message.
The auto assistant just gives me the same paragraph of useless text over and over. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Hi @dexzilla22 , thanks for your post.
If your order was a Simple Delivery order, but you didn't use the label we provided you with, you won't be able to change/update the tracking details. If this is the case, please note that your funds will be held and released after 14 days as well.
