How to send contact details for a collection only item after several years | Seller Central

I sold a collection-only item several years ago but for various reasons the buyer has been unable to collect up until now. He has now contacted me in general chat to ask that I send through contact details. I believe that if I try to send contact details they'll be blocked and if I try something more cryptic I may end up getting suspended. After all this time it's not possible to communicate under the actual item. Is there a sensible fix for this that won't incur the wrath of ebay? Many thanks for any advice.
