Specify the refund amount for the item or the order, up to 100% of the transaction.
Enter the refund amount and select Send refund.
You will receive an email confirming the refund initiation and another when the refund is complete. The refunded amount will appear in your order details.
If there is an open cancellation request, return request, eBay Money Back Guarantee case, or a report that an item hasn't arrived, the Send refund option will not be available. In that case, you must issue the refund through the open request or case,

If they haven't, you can simply refund. You can issue a refund as a seller by following these steps:
Find the order in Seller Hub or My eBay Orders.
From the dropdown menu, select Send refund.
Choose a reason for the refund.
