How to Mark an Item as Collected When Buyer Pays for Postage?
Hi
I have a buyer who got somewhat confused on buying my item, he wanted to collect, but pressed the click and collect rather then collection in person option. Item has been collected, but I can't mark it as such on my ebay. Any ideas?? I had already printed the label when he contacted me to arrange pick up, so its in a loop of waiting for drop off at couriers.
Any help !!

·3 weeks agoYou can't if the customer collected in person when you should have posted it.
You'll have to wait - you should get paid - but it might take 15 days past the last estimated delivery date.
If this happens in future - best approach is to cancel the order with the approval of the customer, relist it and allow them to purchase again choosing the Collect in Person option.

OP3 weeks agoThanks, will hope it sorts itself. He was an older person, and needed item quickly so decided to collect.
