How to help customers combine postage?
I have just sold three items to one customer and Ebay has combined postage. My customer is being charged £7.10 for a parcel which costs less than £4 to send. How can we as buyers reduce postage for people?

They were presented £7.10, they have paid £7.10, there’s no problem and no need to refund anything. In a way they’ll probably see it as a saving as it’s £3.38 to send one of your items.

·2 weeks ago · EditedThe short answer is that you can't, other than cancelling, with the buyer's agreement, and relisting as a combined bundle. The buyer will have known how much they were being charged for postage before paying.
