How are other small sellers dealing with this nonsense of the EU PPWR which comes into effect on the 12th August 2026.
I buy German produced cardboard envelopes. Ship goods from the UK to private EU customers and I am now expected to pay anywhere from £250 to £750 (per EU state, per annum) just to get an EU Authorised Representative?
Been in business for 20 years and now further ridiculous EU legislation!
I have had a LUCID number for a year and pay Reclay for the recycling element.
And now this... another load of EU cr*p
How are others getting things together to deal with this new regulation?
