I just made a simple listing for the buyer with same price and postage charges.
They bought that listing, paid for it and I marked it as dispatched. (I did trust them not to then make a 'Not Received' complaint as their feedback was all good.)
Reason - they 'don't really know how to do a bank transfer'. I didn't fancy trying to explain how to do one!
You can't pay via eBay, but can send a payment via PayPal (if they have a PayPal account) or bank transfer. Obviously, you'll need to ask them for the payment details.
