Hi everyone,I'm not selling anything here, I'm genuinely just trying to learn from people who actually do this day to day.A bit of background from me - I build software and recently I put together a stock management system for a family member who sells high amounts of units with several listings on eBay. Watching how much time it ate up before when he was manually updating quantities, accidentally overselling when something sold on another channel, relisting, keeping counts straight across loads of variations, really opened my eyes to how fiddly this stuff is.It got me curious about how the rest of you handle it, because every seller seems to have their own patched together way of coping.So I wanted to ask:1. What's the most annoying or time consuming part of managing your stock and listings?2. Have you ever oversold something because your numbers were off? What happened?3. How are you keeping track right now? spreadsheets, a tool, memory or prayer? 😄4.
