hi can you name and shame scam buyers?

ive just had a small spate of scam buyers, saying items received are damaged, when they have clearly damaged the stuff themselves, so they get an instant refund, then i get a funds withheld, until ( i must admit e-bay are pretty responsive about this compared to man years ago), so i get the person, who is scamming to admit they are, by asking questions, but i have to now go to e-bay phone them up and have a look at the case and spend some time disproving their claims, before i can get my money back as a seller, then the person ends up with a full refund, keeps the item,...its the principle.....i report them, block them, but its the principle, it seems to be the new thing now, as e-bay do automatic refunds to the buyer, without them proving anything. ive had to build up a case, to disprove them to get my money back. ...got it, but its the principle.
