Global Shipping Programme Fees?
I sold an item to USA and I have been charged fees of £7 even though I am enrolled in the Global Shipping Programme.
The fee has been taken off my sale price the buyer did not pay it. I thought the whole point of the programme was to eliminate fees.
cheers
Richard

·2 weeks agoAs already advised, there is a 3% international fee which is charged on the full amount paid by the buyer including postage and any taxes.
The good news going forward is that GSP is currently being replaced by eIS which brings a number of benefits including not having to pay an international fee.

If so:
Fees apply if you add optional listing upgrades or deliver to an overseas address; an international fee of 3% of the total sale amount applies if the buyer’s delivery address is outside the UK.
