Getting Hi risk message

I am getting this message when try to list, even if I previously list a similar item as value but did not get this message :

·1 month agoYour answer is right there - you need to appeal via that email address.
The curious thing is that Romania is not one of the listed countries however it does share borders with Ukraine and Moldova (both of which are listed). Are the items being shipped from Romania?

·1 month agoFor information --- UK registered accounts are Resident orientated with UK based Banking and Address requirements --- probably why the account is having difficulties ?. You are in Romania --- as advised, seek advice through the www.ebay .com site or a Eurozone site of choice.

Then ask Customer Services there what you need to do.
