First return under "Parts & Accessories", what to expect?
Today just got my first return under the new eBay's policy for parts and accessories.
I can see its been approved. Although I don't see how a Vinyl Decal Stripe comes under the category as "does not fit".
I assume the funds are removed from my account once the item has been scanned? I do remember something saying eBay pays half.
But then there is a policy that says if the buyer abuses return process I can get back £3.50 towards to return cost and keep up to 50% if its is not in a sellable condition.
Ofc I am worried they have used it and messed it up and just thrown it back in the box. That's assuming they send it back at all, in the hopes I would refund.
If I have to pay in full both ways I am expecting a loss of £5.70 total (£2.85 to send tracked and £2.85 return). And the customer loses nothing?
