If this is a case of an item you have paid for not arriving, then you need to read and use the ebay money back guarantee and open a case for item not received.

·1 month agoYou can open a case for item not received if it doesn't arrive by the expected date on the listing order page.

·1 month agoIf they are business sellers there should be a contact details link at the bottom of the listing. Or try Google.
If it's still within 30 days of the estimated delivery date on the listing select "Report an item you didn't receive" on here:

and escalate it 3 complete working days later to get a full refund.
If it's more than 30 days it's too late for ebay but if it's less than 120 days contact your payment provider and ask about a refund or chargeback.
