The registered mail model will only be possible for letters and other documents""This new "Blue Mail" service has become the standard for sending international goods due to global legislative changes that discontinued registered mail for merchandise"This new postal system now in place is a total disaster!Tracking is not updated and in some cases completely non existant, four parcels recently posted have just totally disappeared losing me over €400! Worst is my ratings and defects are badly affected. Not sure how to deal with this?It is strange that Ebay have not made a single anouncement on this new blue mail system.
