Ebays System incorrectly identifying parcel size and can’t add questions to listing | Seller Central

I regularly sell bike wheels which are too large for RM Medium Parcel. Until a couple of months ago ebays system would correctly identify as oversized and offer me Evri or DHL. However that has stopped and it classifies them as Medium Parcel . As the item is over RM size limits the Post Office will not accept and ebay doesn’t use Parcelforce for Simple Delivery .The only work around is to buy the label then cancel it .If I don’t do this ebay will refund the buyer the postage . Then buy direct from Evri . As I cannot upload the tracking I send the buyer an email .is there any better solution .? I have created postage policies to include all Couriers but Simple Delivery overrides that .Separate issue why has the option to include a potential buyers question and your answer been removed from the listing ? This was a useful way of informing all buyers of new info .
