eBays AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE !!

Has anyone else had a problem with eBays new system 'authenticity guaranteed', I have had two expensive absolutely GENUINE vintage Hermes items return as they say the cannot authenticate them !!

I have traded on eBay for twenty five years and have never had a problem before this stupid unsatisfactory system was introduced !

Were you given a specific reason why they couldn't be authenticated?
