EbaY royal mail collection not working
For last 2 days I have been unable to get ebay parcels collected by royal mail Is there a problem with ebay and royalmail
I get the message Unfortunately we have been unable to complete your purchase - you have not been charged - please try again
this has been going on for 2 days/ we lost our local post office so we pay 30 pence an item for collection but its not working . Is it ebay or royalmail

·1 week agoThis seems to be working now,, just booked 2 collections and went through, must be Royal Mail

I will flag this with our shipping team to see if this is something they can flag with them directly, but as said above, if this is from Royal Mail end, there is not much we could do from our end.

·2 weeks agoIf you are trying to book a collection on the Royal Mail website then it sounds like an issue on their side rather than with eBay.
If you are using Simple Delivery then you can book a collection free of charge on eBay.

·2 weeks agoProbably is Royal Mail. You now have to pay 30 pence for collecting items. That is were the problem is it says unable to finish your collection go back and try again. I tried 4 times
