EBAY OVERALL COMMENT AND INFO
I Have had a fairly seamless sales strategy with eBay this year, from posting items to getting sales to collecting my profits. My sales are my main line business as a ltd company which makes life a bit easier. But the only niggle i have is the fees eBay charge, even if you cover the eBay fees in your pricing you are still no where near as competitive to the specific market and most likely wont make many sales. Is there a way around this or is this apart of the eBay stragery?

You appear to be selling brand new items on an incorrect account type for this. This is possibly an oversight.
eBay require you to use what they have called a 'business' account. This does not necessarily mean you employ people, or have registered as a business legally. It's just what they call it.
They say in their Ts & Cs - "An eBay seller must register as a business if, for example, they sell items they have bought to resell".

You don't want your account suspended or listings removed simply by having the wrong account type.

Business sellers can claim back eBay fees via their tax return.

In some listings you are even using Simple Delivery so you don't even pay for the postage!
Is this honestly the account for your limited company?
