So, the HMRC reporting criteria for 2025 were: Number of orders >=30ORValue of orders >£1,740.00 I had fewer than 30 orders for 2025 with a total value less than £1,740.00, but I have been harassed by Ebay to provide my personal tax details and now have had my funds frozen! The figures that I have used are those shown by Ebay on the Sales Overviews page (in MyEbay). - i.e. it is Ebay's official data I took a screenshot at the end of the year and can therefore fully back up my claim. Despite this, Ebay support refuses to accept my argument and my funds remain on hold. I have been advised that even if I close my account, the money will not be released. I shall no doubt be contacting their CEO in the near future!
