Customer has used an incorrect delivery address and the item has been returned by Royal Mail with incorrect address sticker on, does the seller have to re-send the order at the seller's costs or is this down to the buyer?

·2 weeks agoI’d just treat it as a change of mind return. Refund the customer message them why and advise they reorder with the correct address.
