Custom postage not working

am trying to list an item where i can use custom postage but it's not working and i get this message There aren't any options available. Update your package details or switch to flat postage. anyone else got the same message when listing

·3 weeks agoThough the glitch seemed to be resolved a day or two ago, it's back this morning. Strangely, access to Customer Services agents, also restored a day or two ago, is also no longer possible.

·Aug 18, 2026 at 2:16 PMI have cured it with an agent who talked me through it on the https://www.ebay.co.uk/bp/policyoptin make sure you opt out of it, it worked for me and is now all back to normal for custom deliever

Is it the same lack of competence that's made Customer Services unavailable since Saturday; and has inexplicably switched my location in some of my listings to Milton Keynes; and failed to send me a 'sold' email last week? Coming hard on the heels of the problem loading photos during June, that lasted several days....

·Aug 17, 2026 at 4:12 PMMarco, The problem is still there after clearing all history, shutting down and restarting. I have been unable to create a new listing or amend a listing for 4 days now. Whatever I try to do with postage the attached message comes up. I am on a laptop using Chrome. Regards

·Aug 17, 2026 at 11:55 AMWhat Browsers are people using? It would help if someone posted a screen shot of the listing and the category. It may be a glitch but it works fine for some also. Ebay do not tend to deal with browser issues, They will simply advise that you clear your cookies etc. Also try a different Browser. I'm using Edge and everything is fine.
