Collections and QR Codes ?
I had a buyer collect a item, No QR code was used, he could not find it. The buyer clicked on something confirming it was collected while at the door I think. I let him have the item since it was updated to collected.
It shows its been collected and have withdrawn the money but I can still scan the QR on the mobile app but cant on the desktop....
Ebay system seems half banked. Do i still need to get a code ? Anyone else had something like this ?

·1 week ago · EditedIf the buyer has marked it as collected and it is showing asuch on the order details in your account then that's fine and the collection code is no longer required.
