Collection in person
I have agreed buyer will collect in person. eBay has charged postage. Not offered collection and I am unable to give contact details to pick up. How can this be fixed?

·1 month ago · EditedIf the buyer has paid then you should be able to provide them with your address details. One issue you will have though is that they won't have a collection code to give to you to prove the item has been collected. It may, therefore, be safer to cancel with their agreement and relist with collection.
