Click and Collect not collected Royal Mail
Hi,
Never sent by Click and Collect before,but obviosly seems mandatory for Simple Delivery. So buyer has had item delivered to collection point,Royal Mail shop/post office ,over 2 weeks ago-
I assume I have to wait 16 days before returned and then presumably I refund the cost of item-not postage.

Here, it depends. For example, if you are a new seller, o a seller that just started selling again after a while, then yes, you'd be paid after 14 days. However, not all orders are sent out to collection points, if the buyer gets the item delivered to their own address, once the item is delivered, the funds will be paid straight away as long as you are not new seller or a seller that just started selling again after a break.
If you want, you can confirm the item number as well and I'll double check for you here, but you should be fine.

·1 week agoYou are a private seller, if you used ebays simple delivery you do NOTHING at all, you dispatched it and after that its ebays problem.
You do NOT NEVER offer or process a refund on the sale if it was simple delivery leave it all to ebay.
