Case opened after less than 4 days posting out via In Post
Summary: 129590150 expressed frustration over a delivery issue where a parcel, sent via In Post, has not reached the buyer due to full lockers and a broken locker at the requested location. Despite contacting the buyer and In Post, no solution has been reached, and the buyer opened a case after only four days. **peaseblossom** and tommystrezures offered advice on managing postage preferences and finding buyer contact details. marco@ebay suggested the case might be protected and offered to escalate it further for review. 129590150 remains concerned as there is still no update from the service provider.
I have just had a case opened after In Post collected the parcel on Tuesday the 2nd Sept sent to a buyer after only 4 days.
Have contacted the Buyer to advise only 4 days technically not even that.
Attempted delivery to Lockers on Thursday 3rd September but probably full.
Not sure what to do as Buyer is very impatient & no update from In Post.
Personally do not usually use this type of delivery as I have had 5 attempts at delivery on an item I purchased.
Can I block this method as really do not want the hassle . Ebay say they will decide within 48 hours let's hope the parcel arrives or I will be out of pocket. Have contacted the Buyer to advise Bank Holiday postage and potential full Lockers , I had to check 10 times to see if available for storage as they are extremely popular in my Village.
Not sure what to do if it does not arrive within 48 hours .

OP1 month agoContacted In Post yesterday & there is a problem with the Lockers the buyer requested it is broken so could not be stored there. I have asked if it can be stored at another Locker . Buyer opened a case after 4 days which I have been informed will be reviewed on the 10th Sept what happens now as 24 hours later still no update from In Post since 3rd Sept.

Hi @129590150 , thanks for your post.
If there was an attempt of delivery, you should be protected. However, if you wish, you can let me know the item number, and I'd be happy to send your case for review.
Thank you,
Marco
