Cant print prepaid postage label
ive sold an item but when i click "get prepaid label" for the sold item, i get the following
Your label must be printed from the website where you listed your item.
Never had this before, can anyone assist.

·2 weeks agoFrom one Antiques dealer to another, I'm interested to know how you get away with trading on a private account?
If you were correctly registered as a business seller, you would not need a 'pre paid label' so that will solve your issue.
