Cannot delete a variant that hasnt sold on ebay, but has sold elsewhere?? | Seller Central

Tried and tried to no avail. The variant is nolonger available and if i cannot delete it somehow and a customer buys it i will have to cancel and give the customer a refund which doesnt look good on my stats and also potentially impact on my review ratings.Can you help please?
