Buyer sent pic of item in bits and saying its not working duh

Im looking for some advice please. I sold a Bluetooth speaker a few weeks ago both me and my wife checked it and it work perfectly well no issues. He got it delivered a few days later and immediately messaged and said its not working but hes going on holiday and doesn't have time to really look at it. A few weeks have now passed and I get a message today saying its broke then another message of a picture of the speaker in pieces saying that its broken because of the speaker or something. What do I do here its definitely broke now, and I cant believe this. Please can someone help.
