Buyer requesting delay in posting
I sold something on Sunday and eBay says send by Tuesday.
Buyer is requesting I don’t send it until Thursday as they are not home until Saturday.
Sending Thursday via Evri and it will not thus arrive until Saturday or Sunday.
Will eBay mark me down for sending the item 2 days late?
Ie Thursday instead of Tuesday as they request.

·1 month agoI have dealt with this situation before. What I do is print out the label, but do not take it to the Post office until a few days later to meet your customers request. This always worked out for me, with no demerits on my account. Advise your customer what you are doing.

·1 month agoIn theory, you should only receive a late delivery mark if the item isn't delivered by the latest estimated delivery date. Late delivery marks on their own won't affect your account.
