Buyer paid cash for item, and collected, but I am unable to change the listing | Seller Central

Item 277851636312 was sold and collected by the buyer who paid cash. I have been unable to change the listing to reflect this which is still stating "waiting payment" and presumably still prompting the buyer to pay.How do I update/close down this listing, as do not just want to cancel it, which appears to be the only option I can see.
