I'm trying to list a music CD for an interested buyer in the US bypassing GPS and the following is indicated "Due to US customs policies, the buyer of this item will need to pay import fees to the shipping carrier prior to delivery" It's been very much established for a few months now that information materials (which CDs fall under) don't have tariffs imposed. Why has eBay not rectified this? I imagine it's putting some US buyers off ordering from the UK.
