·Aug 16, 2026 at 10:15 AMAsk buyer to open a "not received" case. If you used Simple Delivery ebay should issue the refund and you keep the payment. If necessary buyer should escalate the case after 4 days.

The buyer needs to open a case for item not received.
If this was a Simple Delivery transaction then eBay after the case is opened, will refund the buyer fully, and you get to keep the payout.
If you did not use SD and bought your own postage, and you do not have tracking to show delivery to the buyer, you will need to fully refund them through the case details.
