Book a collection not working...... AGAIN!

·2 weeks agoCan you add me to the fix as well. I still have the same issue thanks. If it helps I can book a collection for one item only, any more and it fails. If I bulk create with no collection it works ok.

This is an issue from our end at the moment, and we are currently working on it to fix it. I've added your account to the tech report, so this can be resolved for you as well. Once this issue is resolved, I will let you know over here. Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.

·2 weeks agoIs that why I am getting a "Error generating labels" message when trying to book a RM collection with the bulk shipping option?
I can book them individually, but it's becoming a pain.
