Backend Index Desync: 126 Ended Items Stuck in Active Seller Hub (Cache Lock)

Hi Community Managers & Fellow Sellers,
I am experiencing a persistent server-side index desync on my seller account that standard Ul tools cannot clear.
The Problem:
Since the weekend system updates, my Active Listings page displays roughly 126 items marked as "Ended". They show simultaneously in my Inactive tab, but they cannot be edited, deleted, or manually ended from Active view because the system recognizes they are already ended.
Troubleshooting Completed:
1. Cleared local browser cache/cookies & tested across multiple browsers etc
2. Verified via the eBay Mobile App.
3. Attempted Bulk Edit (the tool automatically excludes these IDs as they are ended in the core database).
4. Ran a clean Reports (File Exchange) upload. The report processed completely, but the front-end Active cache failed to purge the ghost entries.
Request:
Could an eBay Community Manager please flag this with the Technical / Engineering Team to request a manual server-side cache refresh and listing index rebuild for my Seller ID?

Having checked with tech there are reports logged with them for an issue with ended auction items showing in the active listing page. Its currently under investigation. Can you share some sample item numbers that are still showing in your active listing page and I will add both your accounts to the ticket with tech.

Very pleased to hear from you.
Going a bit mad trying to keep track of my Active items. I reckon I have around 128 ' items in my that show in my eBay Seller dashboard thingy lists that all show as ended on Sept 13.
Have managed to relist many of them from my Inactive listings. But my Active listings are still clogged up with those 'ended' ghosts.
Anyway... here are 10 sample item numbers from those 128 Sept 13th ghosts:
