Authenticators address
Hi, I have recieved the label tinpot an item to the Authenticator, however I am reading numerous reports that they have changed address. It’s the Rapid SS Hawkers Yard address. Can anyone confirm this I still the correct location?

·Jul 13, 2026 at 4:47 PMIf a seller on eBay sells jeans for £28.99 ,or you can tick authentification box,which costs £20, I.e. total bill £48.99 to have jeans authenticated, does that mean ,if I don’t tick authentification box ,then the seller can sell me fraudulent ,fake jeans with no gaurentee from ebay

·Jul 13, 2026 at 5:34 PMAuthentication wouldn't be available for a buyer to add for a pair of jeans selling for £28.99. They have to start at £75 and be by a designer /brand that's supported.

If the label has the address we provided you with, you can absolutely send it to that address, and as long as there is tracking confirming delivery to the address we provided you with, you will be covered should something go wrong.

·10 months agoHawkers Yard has always been an authenticator address, I thought it was the one for trainers though. I guess that they may have centralised the process.

·10 months agoI have seen no eBay announcements of this , or any posts from other members here, however, best be sure, so hopefully someone will come around later today to confirm that for you. If not, contact eBay Customer Services, best to do so at 8 a.m. as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
