Are sellers covered fully if the item is lost or undelivered
If IV sent a item and it's not delivered or it's been lost do I get a full refund for my item etc

If the item was sent with Simple Delivery, yes. If it wans't sent with Simple Delivery, you would need to claim with them directly after refunding the buyer. If you confirm the item number, I can take a look for you no problem.

·2 weeks agoIf it's not SD then you will have to claim off of who ever you sent it with....and refund the buyer in the meantime....check to see what the minimum claim period is as you won't be able to do anything before that..Royal Mail 2nd class is 10 working days for example. This is about the only plus point for sending things using SD

·2 weeks agoIt really depends what it was and how you sent it. SD yes, you are covered. Leave everything to eBay, do nothing, do not refund.
