This was an issue from our end, but this has been resolved already. If you are still seeing the issue, please feel free to let me know and I'd be happy to get that reported for you.
I also had issues uploading photos today. After refreshing a few times, I increased the image size, and that seemed to help. I managed to list a few items, although not as smoothly as I would have liked.
OK, this isn't helpful but over the last twenty or more years how many times have I said to ebay (via various community managers) KISS, = Keep It Simple Stupid and also remember the motto "If it ain't broke, don't fix it" and stop adopting the ebay version "If it ain't broke, fix it 'till it is"?????????

·2 weeks agoI've managed to load 1 image today and spent some considerable time to accomplish that. ebay is tinkering with how images are displayed at the moment.
