account suspension
we uk register ltd compny and we just created ne saller account and after 1st lisitng ebay send us msg contact with agent to reactivate the account when we contact with agent they said your account is permanet susped i ask the reason the said we cant tell the reason even we vat register saller if any one know how to hanlde this kind of case please let us

·2 weeks agoYour Business seller registration appears to be incomplete --- doubt that virtual Addresses are acceptable in the UK site --- need to be UK based with valid UK Postcodes > Check here >

OP2 weeks agoebay team said on yours detail already there are two accounts and i have no clue about them who used my detail an created the account and waht daya they used atleast ebay must veiryfy with live slefy or video how cnan they creat accunt with out my permission and now i dont know the detail i down own those accounts

OP2 weeks agothis is virtual addres and right now i was on call agent said some used my detail twice even i dnt know how can any one use my account they k must remove there account i never ever use ebay before i didnt creat ebay account before

·2 weeks agoTheir address on their account is a residential address and not a company virtual address. I do not believe a virtual address can be a " residential address"
