Account locked into Simple Listing / Simple Delivery – no access to advanced tool | Seller Central

My UK seller account appears to be locked into the new Simple Listing (CUB) flow. All listings and revisions are forced into the Simple Delivery interface,which overrides:- manual postage services- Combined Postage Rules- Royal Mail Special Delivery options I sell high-value items and require full control over insured shipping.There is no option to switch back to the business / advanced listing tool.All revise actions redirect to the same simplified editor.Has anyone had their account opted out of CUB,or had this escalated by eBay?
